Ahmedabad Air India plane crash: 12 June 2025 proved to be a black day for India at 1:38 pm when Air India flight A/171, which was going from Ahmedabad to London Gatwick Airport, crashed just minutes after take-off. All 242 people on board the plane were killed in this accident. How did the accident happen?

Aviation expert Sanjay Lajar also believes that the plane crash that happened in Ahmedabad was a new plane, which is 11 years old. He said in clear words that even if the plane had collided with a bird, it would not have been able to go beyond the 6-7 minute limit.
According to witnesses and security personnel, a few minutes after takeoff, the plane developed a technical fault. After this, a loud explosion was heard and the plane went some distance away from the runway and collided with a house.
The condition of the bodies taken to the hospital after the accident was very bad. Many bodies had severe burn marks and the seat belts were found still tied.

Immediately after the accident, the airport authority, fire brigade and police reached the spot. The bodies were immediately taken to the hospital but there was no hope of survival. 242 people are reported to be involved in this accident. In which 241 people have died and the remaining 1 person has been admitted to the hospital.
